The Baum family have been cottages, residents and business owners in the Dorset area since the 1950's. Our family previously owned the old mill marina on Kawagama Lake. The late Fred Baum started out in real estate after being a Reeve in the area and went on to become the top-selling agent for many years. His son, Mike, partnered with Fred in 1985 and has helped people sell & buy cottages & homes in the Muskoka and Haliburton area for 40+ years. Today, The Baum Team consists of Mike Baum, his daughter Sabrina Baum & team partner Greg Metcalfe.
